Though I only met Clayton a few times, his generous heart was visible in the light of Sharon's eyes. She has shared that generosity over many years, inspiring compassion in every life she touches. It's clear Sharon and Clayton made a tremendous team. My heartfelt condolences on the passing of such a remarkable man.

My name is Donna and I was a recent graduate of the FSU school of Nursing when I met Dr. Hauser. He was at the time in the Bayfront Medical Center residency program. He was one of the first physicians I met. I was very impressed with his knowledge and the compassion he showed his patients. He was an inspiration to the nurses and doctors with whom he worked. I wish his family peace and strength in this difficult time.

My deepest sympathy to Clayton's family. I worked with Clayton for a few years at Soell's Drug Store in La Crosse. He always brought humor, fun, generosity and intelligence to work. I can honestly say I will always cherish the memories I have from those days. He was not only a co-worker, but a friend.

I'm so sorry to hear of Clayton's passing. The older we get, the more our lives are focused on the loss of loved ones and old friends. Robert Morgan, another residency mate and my husband and medical partner for 44 years, also died last November, also completely unexpectedly. So I know your sadness and the pain of your loss. My deepest condolences to all of Clayton's family and friends.

Mrs. Hauser and the Hauser Family- I am so deeply saddened by Dr. Hauser's passing. He was one of the kindest people I have ever met and I truly enjoyed getting to know him over the 17 years I was at MetLife. His door was always open. We would talk about sports, cars, pens, animals, cars, cars and more cars. I never doubted his commitment to helping all of the staff at Met, and he always took the time to answer questions. When I lost my Dad a few years ago, Dr. Hauser was so kind and compassionate. I got choked up on my first day back in the office and he put his arm around my shoulder and said to let him know if he could help with anything. I will miss him deeply and I would like to offer my heartfelt sympathy to all of you during this difficult time. I hope knowing how much he was loved and admired will help bring you comfort.
