Obituary of Jason Lee Hayward

Hayward, Jason Lee Age 45, passed away peacefully September 9, 2018 surrounded by his loving family.   He was born December 12, 1972 in Grand Rapids Michigan, moving to Florida in 1975.  Jason is survived by his mother Sandra Seib, step father David Seib, sister Jill Hayward and three children, Alysa, Kyle, and Austin, all of whom loved him dearly and will miss him very much.  Family, friends, and others whose lives Jason touched are invited to a celebration of life at the Sports Bar & Grill, 1160 94th Ave N, St. Petersburg, FL, from 2pm- 6pm on Saturday, October 27, 2018.
