Obituary of Thelma R. MaxHimer

Maxhimer (nee Stiffler), Thelma R. “T”, 95, of St. Petersburg died October 28, 2018 at her home.  Born in 1923 in Fairfield Township, Tuscarawas Co., Ohio to Roscoe M. Stiffler and Etha M. Stiffler (nee Strawn).  She was preceded in death in 2011 by her husband of 65 years Harold H. Maxhimer, her parents Roscoe M. Stiffler and Etha M. Stiffler, and her sisters Gladys M. (Stiffler) Rowan and Evelyn J. (Stiffler) Orr.  “T” and her husband moved to Florida from Ohio in 1948.  She retired from The Florida Power Corp where she had worked as a legal assistance for over 30 years.  She is survived by her nephews, Thomas T. Orr (wife) Kathleen and David G.
