Obituary of William Smith

William Claude Smith "Bill", 91 of Clearwater passed away November 3, 2018. He is preceded in death by his wife, Gladys Jean Smith and survived by his daughters, Billie Jean Smith and Bobbie Ann Smith; son and daughter-in-law, Steven Clay Smith and Gladiolquiria (Kidia) Saade-Smith; grandson, David James Burns; and great-granddaughter, Ariana Rose Rajdl. He was a teacher and an assistant principal for Pinellas County Schools for 35 years, last teaching at Oak Grove Middle School.

Bill’s memorial service will be held on November 21, 2018 at 11am at the First United Methodist Church of Clearwater, 411 Turner St., Clearwater with interment to follow at Bay Pines National Cemetery at 2:30pm. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to Suncoast Hospice.
