Obituary of Helen B. Jones

Jones, Helen B., 86 of St. Petersburg passed away January 11, 2019 at the Suncoast Hospice Care Center surrounded by her family. Helen was born in Bowling Green, Ohio in 1932 and moved to St. Petersburg, Florida at the age of 3. She graduated from St. Paul's Catholic School and married her husband, John "Calvin" Jones in 1951. Helen was a homemaker and raised five beautiful children. She was a kind and generous woman who loved to dance. Helen enjoyed spending time at the lake with her family and friends. Her beautiful smile and loving spirit will be remembered by all who knew her. She was preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Florence Hull; and her husband of 48 years, John "Calvin" Jones. Helen is survived by her Children: Dale Jones, Vickie Jones, Guy Jones, Janet Jones and James Jones (Amy); Grandchildren: Christine Burgess (Bill), Shane Jones, Tony Stillo and Sara Coxwell (Corey); Great Grandchildren: Bradley Burgess, Logan Coxwell and Charlotte Coxwell along with several nieces and nephews. Helen's memorial service will be held on Saturday, January 19, 2019 at 10am at St. Paul's Catholic Church, 1800 12th Street N., St. Petersburg, FL 33704.
