Coach Calip was my track coach 2004-2008. He was an amazing coach. He pushed me to do things I never thought I could do. He was hard on us so we could be our best but also made track a lot of fun. He cared so much for his student and athletes. Very sad to hear this news. I pray his family is comforted by God and that he is now dancing with Jesus.
Thanks for all you did Coach Calip. I will never forget you.

My coach from Oklahoma Panhandle State. Will be deeply missed. My most favorite coach of all times. Calip knew how to cheer you up when you down. He was my Uncle away from home. We always stayed in touch from the day I met him until now. Great man I could go on and on. To the Family keep your head up God makes no mistakes and he has a better plan for Neal Calip. The days will get better. Believe I just lost my sister May of last year to cancer. The days does get better.

Alicia, I didn't have the pleasure of knowing your husband Neal, I can tell by the loving memories he was truly loved and will be missed. May you,family and friends find comfort from Psalms 147:3; "He (God) heals the brokenhearted, He binds up their wounds." Through your sadness and hurt, try to imagine living without fear of sickness, pain or death in perfect conditions on earth forever! Alicia, God, never intended mankind to get sick, grow old or die; Rev 21:4 promises conditions as originally purposed; "And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away.” Today, you grieve with sad tears for Neal, in the very near future your tears will be of overwhelming joy as one of the greatest earthly demonstations of Jehovah’s marvelous kindnesses when he resurrect's those lost in death. My prayers and most heart felt love go out to his wife Alicia and all the children and family. Neal was a fierce friend, a man of his word , a father to so many that didn’t have one in their lives and the kind of person that made you proud to have him call you friend. So many memories made and amazing times to cherish. He will be forever missed and will leave a hole in so many lives. We love you, we will miss you - as Neal always said “stay black” rest my best friend - watch over us and keep us safe.

Coach Neal was amazing man. My daughter Brittnee went to PPHS and Coach Neal treated her so amazing. So sorry for your loss Alicia and family.
