Obituary of Frank Herbert Firth

Frank Herbert Firth, born May 5, 1932, in Lowell, MA. Predeceased by his wife, E. Virginia Firth; Father, Frank E. Firth; Mother, Elsa M. Firth, and son Thomas J. Firth. Our devoted patriot, husband, dad, and grandpa passed on to be with Jesus on February 8, 2020.

Raised in Dover, NH, he joined the USAF at the age of nineteen; and served our country faithfully for twenty years. He retired with the rank of SMSGT. Married for sixty-one years to his beloved wife, Virginia (predeceased). Together, they traveled with their family of three children all over the USA and overseas while in the Air Force. After retiring from the USAF, he then worked for the U.S. Postal Service working as a carrier, supervisor, and finally at retirement, Postmaster for Thonotosassa, FL.

Survived by those he lovingly raised, Linda G. Guthrie(Richard) and Diana L. Fountain(Phillip); eight grandchildren, and thirteen great grandchildren.

Dad has reached "Higher Ground" by pressing toward the mark for the prize of the high calling of Christ Jesus. Phil. 3:14. Committal service will be held at FL National Cemetery on Feb. 18, at 11:30.
