Obituary of Terry Wolfrath

Wolfrath, Terry, 74, of St. Petersburg passed away April 12, 2021 in his home.  Born and raised in Gary, Indiana, he graduated from Valparaiso University.  He was preceded in death by his parents, Neal and Frances Wolfrath; and his brother Richard Wolfrath.  Terry is survived by his sons Neal (Nichole) and David (Rachel) Wolfrath; grandchildren Isaac, Hannah, Nalley, and Nixon Wolfrath; and best friend and mother of his children, Diane Sullivan-Wolfrath.  Terry was a dedicated and loving father.  A loyal Green Bay Packers and Tampa Bay Rays fan, he was an extreme lover of sports, playing multiple sports in his younger days and later in his life as a spectator to many live and televised events.  He was a faithful attendee of Grace Lutheran Church, where he was a member and Bible study participant for many years since moving to St. Petersburg.  Terry was an extremely hard worker and served in his vocation as an accountant and Finance Director/Chief Financial Officer at Rockwell, Paradyne, and Key Cars.  He instilled this strong work ethic in his family which will be a lasting legacy.  From his childhood up until his last days, he battled multiple hardships and debilitating illnesses with an inspiring perseverance.  Terry’s memorial service will be Friday, April 23, 2021 5pm at Grace Lutheran Church - 4301 16th St N Saint Petersburg, FL.
