Obituary of Frances M. Rice

Frances Morrison Rice, 93, of Seminole, FL, passed away on November 7, 2021. She was born in Hamlet, NC to Alma Whitlock and Herman Franklin Morrison. Frances attended the University of Richmond (VA) and worked in Richmond until she moved to St Petersburg in 1965. She retired from the Florida Department of Revenue where she worked as an insurance underwriter. She was a member of Seminole United Methodist Church and the Weslyn Sunday School class. Frances was predeceased in death by her beloved husband, Robert Cecil Rice, her parents, and 6 siblings. She is survived by her devoted niece, Cynthia Warner of Myrtle Beach, SC and other nieces and nephews. A graveside service will be held at 1PM at Memorial Park Cemetery on November 23rd. In lieu of flowers, an honorary contribution to the Seminole United Methodist Church would be appreciated.
