Anthony was a great friend to my son since elementary school. Upon initially meeting him I knew he was a special guy; his enthusiasm for life was infectious. He was smart, polite, funny and possessed a wonderful quality to lead by example, all of which made him memorable throughout the years... even when the boys grew into men and went their separate ways I would inquire with my son about his well being and his advancement in his military career which he had been utterly ecstatic to represent and defend his country's honor and freedom . I knew he would continue to be a fine leader, inspiration and motivator in the lives of everyone he met.
Anthony hunny you rose to your calling early in life way ahead of the pack having become a good man while you were still yet a boy in high school. Your light was so bright God saw it from Heaven and called you to the Highest Command post. That's the only way I can justify the Earth losing you so soon.
(Mrs. Mort and family you have my deepest condolences for your loss as well as heart felt congratulations for raising such a fine young man. However painful this must be as a mom I can never imagine. May you find comfort in knowing how loved Anthony is and will remain. I'm Dominic's mom ... Anthony was his good friend and our guest in one wild and crazy limo ride I treated some of Dom's friends to upon graduation from middle school and the memories of Anthony cracking everyone up still live on in our minds to this day as one of the best of times.)
Anthony's energy was boundless and will continue to bounce through the atmosphere for as long as he is remembered by the many whose lives he graced with his big smile, twinkling eyes and pure heart. Semper Fidelis
