Obituary of Rubin C. Green, Jr

Rubin "Boobie" Clayburn Green Jr., 72, transitioned December 3rd, 2021. He was a graduate of Gibbs High School class of 1967. A lifelong resident of St Petersburg, Florida where he retired from Honeywell after 30 years of service as a Mechanical Inspector. He served in the United States Marines. He is survived by his three children, Cojuana Lampley-Norman, Shuntiel Green (Geoffery), and Rubin Green III (Mecca); four siblings, Jaqueline McCollom, Albert Green, Rosa Niles (Gerald) and Aundra Green; nine grandchildren, two great aunts and a host of family and friends. A celebration of life will be held on Friday, December 17, 2021 at Bay Pines War Veterans Memorial Park at 9:00am. Followed by Repast from 2pm until 5pm at American Legion Post #1255 at 6440 5th Avenue South.
