Robert Irving Priest "Bob", 75, of St. Petersburg passed away December 17, 2021.
Bob graduated from St. Pete High, Class of 1964 and proudly served in the United States Army. He was a systems analyst and software developer with a keen interest in technology. Bob used his expertise to help Bonnie publish an annual family tree and calendar for his extended family.  Bob could fix almost anything and was a great resource for his family, friends and many relatives when help was needed. He was a self-taught guitar and piano player with an amazing ear for music. He enjoyed playing cards and daily crossword puzzles.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Neil and Rose Priest; mother, Cecily Zimmerman; brother, Richard Sikes; aunt, Rose Stover and cousin, David Priest.
Bob is survived by his high school sweetheart and wife of 56 years, Bonnie J. Priest; his daughter, Melinda (Jamie) Sheer; grandchildren, Kelsey, Morgan and James Robert Sheer and brother, Wayne Weiland.  While Bob was known as Babe to one, Dad to one, and Pe-Paw to three, he was Uncle Bob to 14 surviving in-laws, more than 80 nieces and nephews, 70 great nieces and nephews and 28 great-great nieces and nephews.
