Obituary of John V Maloney

John V. Maloney “Jack”, 87, of St. Petersburg, Florida passed away May 31, 2022 at home. Jack was born in Perth Amboy, New Jersey. Prior to arriving to St. Petersburg, he resided in Simsbury, Connecticut. Jack is preceded in death by his parents, Joseph and Agnes Maloney; daughter, Eileen Maloney; and sister, Jean Maloney. He is survived by his wife, Frances Maloney; son, Joseph Maloney; grandson, Gray Maloney. Jack was a member of St. Raphael’s Catholic Church. He was President of Talquin Building Products subsidiary of Progress Energy. After retirement in 1990, Jack started a lighting supply company, Premier Sales. He graduated from Notre Dame in 1956, and remained an avid fan of his alma mater’s football team. He enjoyed playing golf and nothing was more important than his family and friends.   

Funeral Mass will be held Monday, June 13, 2022 10:30 A.M. St. Raphael's Catholic Church 1376 Snell Isle Blvd NE St. Petersburg, FL 33704.
