Obituary of Paul Herbert

Paul Herbert, Age 91, of St. Petersburg, Florida passed away September 9, 2022 at the Northside Hospital. Born September 30, 1930 and raised in Newtown Square, PA, Paul was the requisition manager with the Pennsylvania Rail Road from 1955-1990. He Served in the Army from 1948 until 1949, then joined the Reserves.

Paul was preceded in death by his wife, Martha Herbert. He is survived by his companion, Ginny Cowart, his niece, Diane (Herbert) Garrett-Smith, nephew Edwards Herbert, Rich and Cherie Cowart and family, and Julie Jones and family.

Paul was a very caring and loving individual. He loved playing cards with his friends. Softball and bowling were his favorite sports.

A memorial service will be held at The Village Green Club House on Sunday, October 9, 2022 from 10:00am – 11:00am, followed by a luncheon until 12:30pm.
