Obituary of Linda Elizabeth Bender

Linda Elizabeth Bender, 74, of St. Petersburg passed away on November 3, 2022 at St. Anthony’s Hospital. Born and raised in Bigler, Pennsylvania, she graduated from Clearfield High School, Class of 1966. She was preceded in death by her parents Dorothy Russin and James Snyder; and her sister Florence Lackey.

Linda is survived by her husband Joe; daughters Melissa Rowell and Shannon Garman; step-children Todd Bender and Heather Stack; grandchildren Ambria Whalum, Ryan and Megan Bender, Kayla and Robert Stack; siblings Patsy Ginsberg and John Russin.

Linda loved cooking, painting, creating art, reading and the theater. She worked as a legal assistant and was particularly fond of environmental law. Her laugh and love of life will be remembered by all who knew her.
