Obituary of Jill W McGrath

Jill W. McGrath, age 86, of St. Petersburg, Florida and Grand Lake Stream, Maine, finally ran out of energy and left this earth on January 14, 2023.  She hopes that God will remember her devoted efforts in a life of volunteer service.
She  leaves her husband Ed, whom she cherished as the ultimate gift of God's love; her most beloved sister Betsie Scott; a sister in Australia; five children, 8 granddaughters; a great-grand-daughter; five stepchildren; nine beloved first cousins; 4 nephews, 2 nieces; Jill's lifetime of dogs and cats (her "fur children"); her wonderfully sustaining friends, all kept eternally in her heart.
Jill, a Mayflower descendant, graduated from University of Vermont with two degrees, one in Nursing, and one in English Literature.  They provided her with professions in areas in which she thrived.  She was a past member of the Junior League and the Stuart Society.
