Obituary of Josephine Deirdre Fralick

Josephine D. Fralick, 77, of St Petersburg, FL died Thursday, January 19, 2023.

She was born in Dublin, Ireland and came to the United States as a child.  She lived in Elmont, NY until her mid 20's.  She moved to Florida, where she resided the remainder of her life.  She worked at GTE/Verizon for 27 years before retiring at age 58.  She was an active member of Holy Family Catholic Church.  She was involved with Legion of Mary, Council of Catholic Women, Funeral Ministry, Prayer line, Landscaping Commitee, St. Francis of Assissi, and St. Monica Prayer Group

In addtion to the time she devoted herself to her church, she also gave her time to her community.  She volunteered at Lynch Elementary School, the local nursing homes and Hospice.

She is survived by: her sister Irene (Jerry) Reagan; four daughters: Bridget Reusch, Bernadette (Mike) Culp, Deirdre Zarlingo, Kelly Hieke; son Brian (Elizabeth) Fralick; 8 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.

Josephine loved her children, especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren.  She enjoyed baking, gardening, reading, relaxing at tea time, volunteering, and being active with her church.  She devoted her life to her family and most importantly, to Christ.  She will be truly missed by many.
