I first met Georgia and Frank while interning at College Harbor. Little did I know that Georgia's and my paths would cross again at Pinellas County Human Services. She was very smart and practical. I loved talking with her. She and my husband, Scott, worked on a couple of cases when he was with the Department of Corrections. My sympathies to her family.
