Obituary of Paul Lakilak

Lakilak, Paul Bartolene, 63, of Clearwater, Florida left us unexpectedly on May 30, 2023 at the Neuro-ICU of Bayfront Medical Center, surrounded by his family. He was born in Anahawan, Leyte, Philippines and immigrated to the Central Coast of California where he lived for many years before moving to Pinellas County, Florida. He was preceded in death by his parents, Hospicio Abad Lakilak and Concisa Lakilak; and his brother Alex. Paul is survived by his children Pablo, Parker and Julianne; Step-Children Lani, Kelsey, and Bryan; granddaughter Kanna; Step-granchildren Natalia and Kai; siblings Gigi, Vincent, Jerry, Vicky, Phillip, and Patrick; numerous nieces and nephews; and life partner Marivi.

Paul was a very independent, caring and loving individual. He loved music, bowling, fishing but most of all he loved nature walking. His canny smile will be missed by all who knew him. Paul leaves behind a cherished imprint on the hearts of his family, friends, and all who had the privilege of knowing him.

A Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 14th from 5 - 8 PM at Anderson McQueen Tyrone. A Funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, June 15th at 10 AM at Holy Cross Catholic Church. A Graveside will take place on Thursday, June 15th at 12 PM at Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
