Schiff, Dorothy K., 86, of St. Petersburg, died Sunday Feb. 6, 2000 at St. Anthony?s Hospital. She came here in 1948 from her native Selkirk, Manitoba, Canada, where she had worked as a legal secretary. She was a member of Westminster Presbyterian Church. There are no known survivors.
