Obituary of Derrick David Block

Block, Derrick David, 33, of St. Petersburg, died Sunday, February 27, 2000 at his residence. Born in Hennepin County, MN, he came here in 1971 from Minneapolis, MN. He was a showroom manager with Suncoast Tile & Marble Design, Largo. a graduate of Seminole High School and St. Petersburg Junior College-St. Petersburg Campus. Survivors include his mother and stepfather, Sharon L. and Mike Shinsky, Largo, FL; his father and stepmother, Roger F. and Jean Block, Treasure Island, FL; a sister, Andrea Gronenthal; two nephews: Matthew and Jackson and a niece; Olivia Gronenthal all of Clearwater, FL.
