Whitlatch, Kelsie L., 97, of St. Petersburg, died Tuesday Feb. 29, 2000 at North Broward Medical Center in Pompano Beach, FL. Born in Wirt County, WV, she came here in 1979 from Sarasota, FL. She was a homemaker and a Methodist. Survivors include two sons, Dr. James H. ?Jim? Whitlatch, Coconut Creek, FL and C. Robert ?Bob? Whitlatch, Boone, NC; five grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
