Obituary of Walter A. Anderson

ANDERSON, Walter A., of St. Petersburg, died Monday, March 6, 2000. Born in Chicago, IL, he came here in 1990 from Evanston, IL. He attended Northwestern University School of Law, and was a graduate of the University of Illinois School of Technology. A WWII veteran of the Navy, he was a civil and mechanical engineer in oil refinery design and construction. He was retired from Universal Oil Producers Company, Chicago. He was a member of Holy Cross Catholic Church, where he was an usher. He was a member of the Men?s Club at Five Towns Apartments. Survivors include his wife of 43 years, Cornelia, and many nieces and nephews. Anderson-McQueen Funeral Homes and Cremation Tribute Center?Bobbitt Chapel, St. Petersburg.
