Obituary of Raymond H. Kubiak

KUBIAK, Raymond "Ray" H., 80 of Pinellas Park, died Saturday March 11,2000 of cancer at Hospice House Woodside. Born in Crisman, IN, he came here in 1992 from Key Largo. From 1944 to 1964 he was owner of South Chicago Fish Market in South Chicago. He was Catholic. Survivors include a son, Dennis, San Jose CA.; two daughters, Carolyn R. Kubiak, St. Petersburg, and SueEllen Kubiak, Pinellas Park; a brother, Edmund, Merrillville, IN.; two sisters, Irene Matas, Menasha, WI., and Helen Pawlak, Chicago; a companion, Maida Damrow, St. Petersburg; three grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren.
