Obituary of Edward P. Pickard

Pickard, Edward P., Jr., 79, of St. Petersburg, died Monday March 13, 2000. Born in Wheeling, WV, he came here in 1981 from Chillicothe, OH where he had worked as a Physical Therapist with the Chillicothe VA Medical Center for 31 years. He served in the Army during WWII. Survivors include his wife of 52 years, Ruthe E.; one daughter, Kimberly Jay, St. Petersburg; three brothers: Robert, Longview, TX; James, Columbus, OH; and Jack, Port St. Lucie, FL; two grandsons, Andrew and Matthew Jay, St. Petersburg; and several nieces and nephews.
