Berning, Cletus F., Jr. ?Clete?, 75, a winter visitor from Dayton, Ohio, died Thursday April 6, 2000 at the Dept. of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Bay Pines, FL. Born in Cincinnati, Ohio, he was a self-employed Manufacturer?s Representative in Sales in Dayton, Ohio. He served with the U.S. Marines during WW II, and was Roman Catholic. Survivors include: One daughter Patricia Berning, Atlanta, Georgia; Five sons: David, Seattle, Washington; James, John and Kenneth all of St. Petersburg; Mark, Sarasota, FL; One brother Robert, Cincinnati, OH; and Four grandchildren.
