Oster, Andrea P. ?Andi,? 47, of St. Petersburg, died Wednesday July 12, 2000. Born in Somerville, NJ, she came here in 1988 from San Diego, CA. She was currently employed as a Database Administrator for GTE in Tampa, FL and was Presbyterian. Survivors include her husband of 12 years, Frederic; her mother, Marilyn Price, Winter Haven, FL; one brother, Keith Ian Price, Portland, OR; and one sister, Karen Lequire, Snellville, GA.
