Obituary of Thomas Tom'' F. Gaughan

Gaughan, Thomas F. ?Tom?, Sr., 71, of St. Petersburg, died, Tuesday July 11, 2000 peacefully at home. Born in Scranton, PA, he was the son of Agnes Kelly Gaughan and Thomas F. Gaughan. Mr. Gaughan moved to Albany, New York in 1958, and retired to St. Petersburg in 1983. He was a manufacture representative for The Thomas and Betts Corporation for 35 years in Elizabeth, N.J. He was a member of the American Legion Post 273 in Madeira Beach and a member of the Blessed Trinity Catholic Church. He was awarded Volunteer of the Year 1983 from the Cerebral Palsy Center for the Disabled in Albany, New York. Survivors include his wife, Joan Campbell Gaughan, St. Petersburg; two sons, Thomas of Albany, N.Y. and Michael of St. Petersburg, and one grandson, Thomas of Albany, N.Y. Anderson-McQueen Funeral Home and Cremation Tribute Center-Bobbitt Chapel, St. Petersburg.
