Obituary of Georgeanna Purvis

Purvis, Georgeanna, 78, of St. Petersburg died Tuesday July 25, 2000 at St. Anthony?s Hospital. Born in Bayside, New York, she came here in 1992 from Brandon, Mississippi. She was a retired waitress and Deli Clerk and the previous owner of the Rib & Reef Restaurant in Hyde Park, New York. She was Presbyterian. Survivors include her husband of 45 years, Carl Wilson; three sons: Carl Wilson, Jr., Milton, NY; George Purvis, Brandon, FL; and Ralph Purvis, Tampa, FL; three daughters: Mary Ann Graver, Las Cruces, NM; Cheryl Swain, Madison, MS; and Deborah Washburn, Poughkeepsie, NY; one brother, George Richardson, NC; three sisters, Dorothy Merrill, Niceville, FL; Ann Page, Clinton, MI; and Emily Oakley, AZ; seven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
