Obituary of Sadie W. Napier

Napier, Sadie W., 85, of St. Petersburg, died Saturday September 9,2000 at Bayfront Medical Center after a long illness. She was born in Florala, Alabama and moved to St. Petersburg in 1949 from Brooklyn, NY. She was a seamstress and operator for a Leather Fabrication company. She also was a physician?s assistant prior to WW II. She was Catholic. Her hobbies included cooking, baking, gardening, sewing, and crocheting. She was an avid card player and crossword puzzle lover. Survivors include her daughter, Betty L. Smith and her grandson, Eric A. Smith both of St. Petersburg, Sister-in-Law Billie Williams of Commerce, GA, and many nieces and nephews.
