Obituary of George T. Farrell

Farrell, George T., 79, of St. Petersburg, died Wednesday October 11, 2000 at home after a long illness. He moved here in 1951 from his native Lafayette, Indiana. He graduated from Purdue College in 1951 with a Dairy Manufacturing Degree and was an Army Air Corps WWII veteran. He retired from Kraft Dairy Products after 37 years as a salesman. He was a member of St. Raphael?s Catholic Church and lifetime member of the Knights of Columbus #2105. Survivors include his wife of 54 years, Martha; one daughter, Kathi F. Ward, St. Petersburg; one son, Michael G., Richmond, VA; two sisters: Patricia Tyson, Lafayette, IN; and Elizabeth Nightengale, LaPorte, IN; two grandsons: Sky Farrell, NC; and Nicholas J.
