Foody, Mary Louise, 70, of St. Petersburg, died Tuesday, October 31, 2000 at home after a long illness. Born in Chicago, Illinois, she came here in 1952 from Chicago. She was a retired caseworker and supervisor for the State of Florida. She was a member of the American Theater Organ Society in Tampa, a member of Phi Theta Kappa International Honor Society, a member of P.A.M.S. in Chicago, Illinois, and a member of The Historic Kenwood Association in St. Petersburg. She was a Democratic Representative for Pinellas County, a soloist for many local churches, a volunteer teacher for Reading for Pinellas County, a Girl Scout leader in St. Petersburg and an avid nature lover. Survivors include 2 daughters, Lucinda ?Cindy? Bond de Quinones of Orlando and Lisa Michele Scott of St. Petersburg, a sister, Jeanne King or Placentia, California, 5 grandchildren, Geoffrey R. Martz of Savannah, Georgia, Gregory R. Martz of Pinellas Park, and Heather K. Wedding-Smith, Jessica L. Scott and Melanie K. Scott, all of St. Petersburg, and 2 great grandsons, Mathew T.
