Kellems, Charlotte J. of St. Petersburg, died Tuesday Nov.14, 2000 at Mariners Health Care, Belleair. , She came here in 1962 from her native Madison, IN. She was a long time member of The Order of the Eastern Star. Survivors incude two sisters, LaVergne Dorfch, Belleair and Dorothy Hammack, Madison, IN; and a granddaughter, Charlotte Pearson, Spring Hill.; a great granddaughter, Charlotte April Renner, Lexington, KY; and a great-great granddaughter, Charlotte Arwen Renner, Lexington, KY.
