Foye, Eileene, 85, of St. Petersburg, died Saturday, November 18th, 2000 at her home. She was born in Thomasville, GA and came here in 1960 from Wiscasset, ME where she was the owner of Kozy Korner Restaurant. She was Methodist. She is survived by 1 son, John L.
