Obituary of Mary Adolphus Myers

Myers, Mary Adolphus, 92, of St. Petersburg, died Wednesday November 29, 2000 at Integrated Health Services of Pinellas Park. Born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, she came here in 1975. After arriving in St. Petersburg, she was a caregiver for missionaries at D&D Missionary Homes until she retired in 1995. She was a prolific writer of poems and stories. She was a member of Lealman United Methodist Church and Sunday School and a member of the Women?s Ministries at Suncoast Cathedral. Survivors include a nephew, James Shadle of New Port Richey; four nieces, Eve Tanner of Naples, Kathleen Bryant of Scottsdale, Arizona, Adelaide Quimby of Farmington, Michigan, and Joan Mary Klick of Annapolis, Maryland; and several grand nieces and nephews.
