Obituary of Mark D. Turnage

Turnage, Mark D., 40, of St. Petersburg, died Friday December 8, 2000 as the result of a drowning accident. Born in Newport News, Virginia, he came here in 1988 from Lakeland, Florida. He was a computer operator for the St. Petersburg Times since 1998. He was a Protestant. Survivors include his wife, Laurie A. Anderson of St. Petersburg; a daughter, Alexandria A. Anderson of St. Petersburg; 2 sons, Aaron L. Turnage of St. Petersburg and Mark D. Turnage, Jr. of Seattle, Washington; 4 brothers, James R. Turnage of Virginia, John W. Trent of Fayetteville, North Carolina, and Paul L. Turnage and Joseph F. Turnage, both of Lakeland; and 4 sisters, Betty L. Young and Martha D. Turnage, both of Lakeland, Mary E.
