Obituary of Joseph J. Schramm

Schramm, Joseph J., Sr., 89, of Pisgah Forest, NC, formerly of St. Petersburg, died Wednesday, December 27, 2000 at Brian Care Center in Hendersonville, NC. Born in West Hoboken, NJ, he was a carpenter for Orville Grounds Properties in St. Petersburg, FL for many years. He moved to Pisgah, NC in 1995. Locally, he was an active member of both the Largo Alliance Church in Largo, FL and the First Alliance Church in Hendersonville, NC. He is survived by his son, Joseph J. Schramm, Jr. of Pisgah Forest, NC; two step-sons: James Benjamin of Indianola, Iowa and Harold Benjamin of Pascagagoula, Miss.; two step-daughters: Beverly Heavener of Port Charlotte, FL and Joyce Smith of Seminole, FL; two grandsons: Jeffrey Schramm of Hopkinsville, KY and Scott Schramm of Altamonte Springs, FL; and one granddaughter, Jennifer Schramm of Hopkinsville, KY.
