Judith Dawn Cielakie, 55, of Clearwater, FL, died Monday, April 16, 2001 at Sun Coast Hospital in Largo, FL. She was born in Grand Rapids, MI and moved to Clearwater in 1981 from Louisville, KY. She was a commercial artist and was Protestant.
