Lionel H. "Skip" French, 61, of St. Petersburg, Florida, died Saturday, November 4, 2006 at Bay Pines VA Health Care System, Bay Pines, FL he came to St. Petersburg in 1989 from Daytona Beach, Florida. He was a Surveyor and an Army Veteran.
