Obituary of Jessie May Harrison

Jessie May Harrison, 86, of St. Petersburg, Florida died Monday, June 9, 2008 at her residence under the care of The Hospice Of The Florida Suncoast. She was born in Kinkaid, Kansas and came here in 1998 from Peoria, Illinois where she was a Professor at Bradley University. She was a 1948 graduate of Emporia State Teachers College in Emporia, Kansas. She was a member of First Presbyterian Church in St. Petersburg. She is survived by her husband of 60 years, Dr. George R. Harrison; daughter, Diana D. Harrison of St. Petersburg; son, George H. Harrison of San Francisco, CA; and daughter and son-in-law, Loretta May and Jim Dahm of St. Petersburg.
