Obituary of Helen Virginia Higgins

Helen V. Higgins, 94, of St. Petersburg, FL, died Friday, October 24, 2008 at Westminster Suncoast. She was born in Kanab, Utah and moved to St. Petersburg in 1974 from Washington, D.C. where she was a 1949 Graduate of George Washington University with Associate and Bachelors Degrees in Psychology and Personnel Administration and was an Administrative Assistant in the Executive Office Of the President of the United States. $(document).ready(function(){ });
