Frances Dedovitch Jenkins, 88, of St. Petersburg, FL., died Monday, October 31st, 2005 at Hospice House Woodside, Pinellas Park, FL. She was born in Plymouth, NH and moved to Clearwater in 1972 from Portsmouth, NH and to St. Petersburg in 1980. She was a private duty Nurse's Aid.
