Judith E. "Judi" Mizutani, 65, of Pinellas Park, Florida, died Sunday, May 18, 2008 at her residence. She was born in Cleveland, Ohio and came here in 1986 from Akron, Ohio. She was a Customer Service Representative at Allstate Insurance in St. Petersburg, Florida. She is survived by her son, Thomas L.
