Obituary of Bryan Ty Tuttle
Bryan T. Tuttle, 48, of St. Petersburg, FL, died Wednesday, February 9, 2005 in Lima, Peru as the result of an accidental explosion while working for the U.S. Embassy. He was born in Santa Ana, CA and moved to St. Petersburg from Pensacola, FL He served in the U.S. Navy then retired from the U.S. Coast Guard as a Boatswain's Mate Chief (BMC) after 22 years. After retirement from the Coast Guard, he was a deputy director in the Narcotics Affairs Section at the U.S. Embassy. He is survived by one son, Justin Michael of Pensacola; his mother, Paula Tuttle of St. Petersburg; and his companion, Julia Williams.
