Thomas W. Watkins, Jr., 53, of St. Petersburg, Florida, died Thursday, November 23, 2006 at Bay Pines VA Health Care System, Bay Pines, FL. He was born in Washington, DC, and came here in 2000 from McDonough, GA. He was an Army veteran and was Baptist. He is survived by his mother, Mary L. Watkins of McDonough; two sisters, Joyce Howington of Stockbridge, GA, and Jane Moore of Allison Park, PA. $(document).ready(function(){ });
