Obituary of Mary Carey

Carey, Mary age 81 of Saint Petersburg, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, March 27, 2018. Mary, the gentlest of souls, was predeceased by her beloved sister, Margaret, and brother-in-law, Harry Arthur "Art" McQuillen Jr. She is survived by her four nephews, Art III (Chris), Larry, Nin, John (Tish); grandniece, Nicole; and Hattie Lewis, her best friend. Mary was a longtime volunteer at the St. Petersburg Free Clinic and earned her GED at Tomlinson Adult Center. There will be a memorial mass Tuesday, April 3rd at 11:30am at St. Paul's Catholic Church. Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. Vincent de Paul's.
