Obituary of Adel Flint Mein

Mein, Adel Flint, 84, of St. Petersburg, passed away April 24, 2018 at Bayfront Medical Center in the Suncoast hospice Care Unit. She was born in Schuylerville, NY and moved to St. Petersburg where she graduated from St. Pete High School. She was preceded in death by her parents Adelbert and Edna Flint; her sister, Jean Brown and son, Michael Mein. Adel is survived by her husband of 64 years, Fred K. Mein; daughters, Marcie Mein and Michelle Wiley, son-in-law, James Wiley; grandsons, Christopher and Michael Wiley; and sisters, Dr. Tricia Godshall Flint and Carolyn Martin. Adel was a kind and thoughtful person and the first to lend a helping hand and knew no strangers. Adel’s spirit will be remembered by all who knew her. Her memorial service will be Saturday, April 28th at 2pm at Anderson McQueen- 2201 Dr. ML King St. N., St. Petersburg.
