Obituary of Amy Lynn Block-Abinette

Block-Abinette, Amy Lynn, 40, of St. Petersburg, passed away on Tuesday, May 29, 2018, at Northside Hospital, surrounded by her loving family. Born in Hammond, IN, on June 20, 1977, she moved to Florida in 1992. Amy graduated from St. Petersburg College School of Nursing and was a registered nurse at St. Anthony’s Hospital. She was preceded in death by her niece, Melody Rose. Amy is survived by her husband, Chris Abinette; daughter, Emma Block; parents, Timothy and Joyce Block; sister, Stephanie Block; and many other relatives in Indiana. There will be a visitation Tuesday, June 5, 2018 from 10am-12pm with funeral service at 12pm; both at Anderson McQueen Funeral Home, 2201 Dr. ML King St. N., with interment at Calvary Catholic Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made in Amy’s name to Lupus Foundation of America
