Rest in Peace Uncle Butch....your in good company with your mom, brothers and sisters and especially with my Mom and Dad now and Im sure he saved you a tree stand and all the equipment you need! I have very FOND memories growing up with my Uncle....he was "Uncle Butch" and spent alot of time with us. He always called me "Christopher" which made me feel special that he had his own "name" for me.
My heart goes out to Nancy and family in this very rough time. I know first hand the heartache but also know he lived a very great life with a wonderful, caring wife.
You will be very missed and I wish you a great "flight" to heaven. Say hello to my parents for me and tell them I love them.
Sincerely, YOUR NIECE, Christine and family

From the time we were children, our favorite Uncle made lasting memories for us - from just stopping by to have coffee on a Saturday morning with our parents - his brother and SIL, riding motorcycles in the woods and dirt pits behind his mother's house, trips out onto Barnegat Bay, NJ on the infamous Boston Whaler "Casper", Butch and friends "hanging out" in Grammy's kitchen, badminton in our yard under the lights on hot summer nights, card games and surprising us with his Tarzan yell while hanging onto a tree branch as we sailed under in a canoe. These are only a small portion of what we have in our hearts to carry forward and we are so grateful for each one. Each tear we cry is one more memory we hold close and will always be so thankful for our wild and crazy Uncle Butchie! ~ Cyndi Dzurisin and Terri Gerath

An incredible friend, as fine and upstanding a person as I have ever met. His replacement does not exist and he will be dearly missed.
