Obituary of Patricia Ann Schley

Patricia Ann Ferguson Schley, 70, of Clearwater, FL, passed away December 16, 2020. She was born to Bernard & Monica Soppe Ferguson in Dubuque, Iowa on January 10, 1950. Pat went to St. Edward's Catholic High School in Elgin, IL, Quincy College in Quincy, IL. She later moved to St. Petersburg, FL where she taught for over 30 years. She was a fixture at Blessed Trinity Church for decades. Pat was an Elk member of Lodge 737 in Elgin, IL for 9 years. She is survived by her two children, Mark Anthony Schley(Jennifer Scott), Kelley Ann Bennett(Lee Bennett); 5 grandsons, Jason Scott, Cole Scott, Anthony Scott, Ryan Bennett, and Brandon Bennett; sister, Sharlene Huske(Greg Huske); brother, Steven Ferguson(Carol Ferguson); and many nieces and nephews. She is preceeded in passing by her parents, Bernard & Monica Ferguson; sisters, Carolyn Richardson, Mary Sanfilippo; brother, Bernard Ferguson. Pat loved to travel, reading, and most of all, spending time with her family.  Services will be held at Blessed Trinity Church in St. Petersburg on December 19th, with viewing at 9:30 and funeral mass at 10:30. Pat will be laid to rest at Calvary Catholic Cemetery with interment being private.
